As our Head of Sales, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's success and driving our New Business sales team to new heights. If you're a motivated, results-oriented leader with a passion for SaaS solutions, we invite you to embark on this thrilling journey with us.

✔️ Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives

✔️ Lead, mentor and motivate the new business team to maximize their potential and exceed sales targets

✔️ Identify new market opportunities, assess their potential and spearhead market entry strategies to expand our customer base

✔️ Analyze sales data, performance metrics and market trends on a regular base to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales effectiveness

✔️ Continuously refine and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and productivity.

✔️ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance and market insights

✔️ Implement training programs and provide ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention

✔️ Collaborate closely with with finance, product management, marketing, pricing strategies and business models to align sales efforts, driving lead generation and successful conversion

- You have experience in international, B2B SaaS organizations and expertise in structuring SaaS sales teams and processes for SMB, MSE and enterprise segments

- You have an extensive knowledge of SaaS sales processes and best practices, especially MEDDICC, sets you apart as a true sales leader

- You proven track record of leading high-performing teams to not only meet but exceed sales targets

- one of your incredible strengths lies in your ability to develop and nurture First-Line-Managers, fostering growth and success within the team

- Your experience in driving new business revenue from 10M to 50M demonstrates your strategic acumen and business acuity

- You have a clear understanding of key SaaS sales metrics, such as sales velocity, CLV/CAC, LTV, and your skill in applying data-driven decision making to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel, make you an invaluable asset

- Your self-motivation and relentless drive to produce exceptional results make you an inspiration to those around you

- you are flexibel to visit our central hubs in Düsseldorf and Berlin on a regular basis. Let's bring that office spirit and connection to the heart of our operations!

- your fluency in German and English
