🏆 Your Impact Here:

As our B2B Performance Marketing Manager, you will help us build an audience, demand, and revenue for our Learning Engagement Platform 🚀 Complete our team and work closely with Manni & Stefan our Content Editors, Roy in Marketing Ops, and the whole marketing team, with just Lena as your Head of Marketing :)

✔️ From Day 1, you’ll be the guardian of our paid advertising channels including Google ads, LinkeIn, and Meta (you can bring more to the mix!)

✔️ In your First 90 Days, you'll analyze our previous campaigns and align yourself with our brand voice and target audience to create an action plan to capture demand

✔️ On a typical day, you will optimize ad delivery, landing page conversion, and user experience driving trial & demo signups as efficiently as possible

✔️ Within your first 6 months, you will be able to share regular metrics and findings from your campaigns, analyze performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity with the team, and come up with creative solutions to win our audience’s attention together

✔️ During your first year at Masterplan, you will significantly increase the number of inbound leads for our SaaS product and shape our Demand Generation & Growth strategy

And you’ll get a first date with us, if:

- You’re a digital marketer with up to 3 years of experience working on landing pages, SEO/SEA, social media, and display marketing in B2B SaaS. You are comfortable running monthly budgets from 20k-50k

- You have a customer-focused mindset and a knack for identifying target audiences: you know how to encourage engagement and conversions

- You know that B2B works differently and know how to cater to a tight-knit audience

- You are fluent in German and English and able to test different copies

- You have strong Excel skills and use analytical tools on a daily basis; Salesforce experience is a bonus
