Join our team as our new Content Editor! We are always looking for new ways to make digital learning more engaging, and we value colleagues who support us with curiosity and passion.
What is your role on the way to success?
As part of our editorial team, you are responsible for developing learning content and translating them into course formats
You are the Pro at writing video scripts, course texts such as text lessons, course books and quizzes
You develop new course concepts such as blended learning solutions, and materialise ideas for new video formats
You coordinate projects proactively with stakeholders from different departments
You communicate project tasks and deadlines clearly to collaborating stakeholders
Thus, you’ll need…
To be a proactive, creative and versatile person
You have the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable and entertaining way, both orally and in writing
You have the mindset of a good journalist: The topics on Masterplan platform range from communication to artificial intelligence, to classic compulsory education. Your courses will be successful because you have a broad horizon and a genuine interest in a wide range of topics
You are structured and organised; you are able to structure projects independently and improve processes on your own initiative
You are a native German speaker with fluent English skills at C2 level
And it would be ideal if you ...
- have already scripted texts for videos or other media formats and researched their content independently
- have experience in creating learning content, e.g. as an instructional designer, editor or teacher
- have experience in project planning and management
