    <underline>What is your role</underline> on the way to success?

    You are part of a small, but very driven People team, who constantly challenges the status-quo and does not take ‘no’ or ‘never’ for an answer. You have the freedom to constantly implement your new ideas and have a great positive impact on our team and company:

      You take Recruitment and Employer Branding to next level: You will take ownership for the full recruitment cycle: From advertising the openings and communicating with the hiring manager, through sourcing and interviewing and making offers

    • *

      People Operations: You are responsible for all administrative HR tasks, including contract management, on-/offboarding processes and employee inquiries. You keep the personal data in our HR tool Personio always up to date.

      Project Management: you will be working closely together with our Head of People and will be an essential part in shaping important topics such as Performance Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits

      Process Improvements: You constantly identify what current pain points in our processes are and always looking for ways how improve those.

    • *

      You act as an ambassador for our talents: You are the go-to person in all people matters for our teams. You engage with employees to proactively and empathetically understand their issues and look for possible ways to address those

      You have different approach to HR: you find ways to choose people over processes and are not afraid to try out different initiatives that you think will bring our people forward

    Thus, you will need...

    • *

      Experience within People Operations/HR field in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a start-up or start-up mentality company

    • *

      A degree in Business, Management, Psychology or a similar field

    • *

      All-Round generalist experience in variety of topics such as: HR-related administrative tasks, recruiting, talent development

    • *

      Good understanding and knowledge of German Labor Law

    • *

      Entrepreneurial spirit, who takes full ownership and initiative for given topics

    • *

      The ability to operate with ambiguity and change

    • *

      Fluency in German and English
