We in the Commercial Operations team support our Commercial team every day with modern tools, efficient processes and meaningful analysis. We support the entire customer process from finding the best leads, managing activities and pipelines to developing existing customers. What is your role on the way to success?

  • You are the central owner for the further development of our system landscape (focus on Salesforce Sales-, Marketing- and Servicecloud)
  • You are mainly responsible for the development and realization of our implementation roadmap
  • You coordinate and develop a team of two employees and manage our Salesforce partner/service provider
  • You work closely with Sales (as well as Finance, Legal and Data) to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical customizations
  • You develop a lean release process for the rollout of new features, taking into account change management (especially communication and training), as well as testing (sandbox environment, key user tests)
  • You ensure that the tools used in the commercial process (e.g. LinkedIn, Docusign) are optimally integrated into our Salesforce system landscape
  • You work together with the data team on the connection of our systems to the data warehouse

Thus, you’ll need…

  • a successfully completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of computer science, business informatics or economics
  • professional experience in the area of Salesforce development or administration, ideally in the B2B SaaS environment
  • knowledge in the use and development of Salesforce, Salescloud and ideally Service and Marketing Cloud
  • experience in project management and a structured way of thinking
  • some leadership experience or see it in perspective as a field for further development
  • strong stakeholder management skills and a self-driven approach to work
  • the motivation to work in a dynamic environment, to shape topics independently and to initiate change
  • fluent English language skills
