🏆 Your Impact Here:
As our MSE Sales Development Representative, you are in charge of the entire first phase of the Sales Cycle right from the start 💪 You are already in great company, as you’ll work closely with your SDR colleagues, with Linh Nguyen as the Manager.
✔️ From Day 1, you will be provided with the necessary tools to succeed in your role: Salesforce, VOIP, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Teams, Miro will be in your arsenal
✔️ From your First 90 Days, you will become responsible for cold calling potential new customers (> 10.000 employees) and shape how we optimize our sales process
✔️ You are the Sales Inspirator – you will contact potential customers via LinkedIn, email and phone calls, seek to understand their challenges, and inspire them with our learning offering 🚀
✔️ Together with your designated Account Executive, you will consider ideal strategies and schedule the next steps for your customers
✔️ You will approach potential customers creatively and suggest new ways to convince companies of Masterplan
