🏆 Your Impact Here:

As our Working Student Events & Community, you will bring our events to the next level. From dinners, webinars and fairs, you will make them engaging and inspiring 💪 You are already in great company as you’ll work directly with Linus, your team lead. 

✔️ From Day 1, you'll become part of our Event & Community team and be responsible for finding great ways to engage with current and potential customers

✔️ In your First 90 Days, you will support in creating a process for our webinars, and plan an on-site community events in Berlin and other major cities

✔️ On a typical day, you will research topics, generate ideas, coordinate projects with stakeholders, and organize the ins and outs of webinars, dinners, or gatherings

✔️ Within your first 6 months, you will develop new and engaging online experiences and make our biggest offline events thrive

✔️ During your first year at Masterplan, you will be revolutionizing the way we interact with (potential) costumers and experts 🎉👏📊💼🌍

- You are a strong communicator with high confidence to speak with external stakeholders

- You are enrolled as a student in Germany
