🏆 Your Impact Here:
As our Account Executive, you will define and drive Masterplan’s business success 💪 You are already in great company, as you’ll work closely with your AE colleagues, and Sylvia, as the Team Lead.
✔️ From Day 1, you’ll be actively involved in shaping how we optimise our sales process, and how your team can make To-dos more efficient
✔️ In your First 90 Days, you will get familiar with building close relationships with your customers, and manage the entire sales process
✔️ After your first 3 Months, you will be comfortable managing the initial contact to closing of contract for new Enterprise customers
✔️ On a typical day, you will conduct web demonstrations about Masterplan, and host on-site sales presentations to customers
✔️ Within your first 6 months, you will be confident to represent Masterplan at trade fair appearances and exciting marketing events
✔️ During your first Year at Masterplan, you will be the hero of customer acquisition and be significantly involved in the success of Masterplan 💰🎉👏📊💼🌍
🎖️ What You’ll Need to be Successful 👏

And you’ll get a first date with us, if:
- You have professional experience in B2B Sales in the SaaS / PaaS environment
- You have strong knowledge of solution selling or sales methods such as MEDDIC
- You have an excellent command of German and English languages
- You enjoy the independent acquisition of customers – our qualified Sales Development team will support you in the initial contact :)
- You are the best salesperson that YOU know, and your friends can swear by this in a truth or dare game
