🏆 Your Impact Here:

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will position our Learning Engagement Platform to differentiate us in the E-learning market, propelling it to become the go-to solution for DACH businesses. You'll complete our vibrant marketing team, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Lena, our Head of Marketing.

✔️ From Day 1, you can expect to:

• Dive into the E-learning market, conducting research to understand current trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs

• Start crafting compelling messaging and positioning that sets our Learning Engagement Platform apart from the competition

✔️ In your first 90 Days, you will:

• Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for a new product launch, collaborating across departments for seamless implementation

• Create high-quality marketing materials (presentations, videos, fact sheets) to empower our Sales team and showcase the platform's value

✔️ On a typical day, you'll:

• Closely collaborate with the Product team to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the platform's capabilities

• Develop content (case studies, web content) that resonates with target audiences and drives platform adoption

✔️ Within your first 6 months, you will have:

• Developed a strong understanding of customer needs and feedback, feeding insights back to the product and development teams

✔️ During your first year at Masterplan, you will:

• Become a master of our Learning Engagement Platform, able to confidently communicate its benefits to diverse audiences

• Continuously refine your go-to-market strategies, leveraging data and analytics to optimize results

- You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager - ideally in the B2B space

- You bring strong experience developing and managing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products

- You are fluent in German and English, able to craft compelling messaging that differentiates our Learning Engagement Platform from the competition

- You are a data wiz who can translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

- You strive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building strong relationships across teams
