🏆 Your Impact Here:

As our SDR Team Lead, you will define Masterplan's business success and set new standards in terms of developing a sales strategy. Among other things, your focus will be on building an internal Sales Academy and strategically developing top talents to take Masterplan's sales efficiency to the new level in the long term 🚀
✔️ Motivating leadership: Lead your Sales Development team with enthusiasm and inspire them to achieve and even exceed their goals with full commitment
✔️ Strategic lead generation: You develop and implement innovative lead generation and qualification strategies to accelerate the growth of Masterplan
✔️ Team coaching and mentoring: You accompany your SDR team on their path to success and support them with continuous coaching and feedback
✔️ Communication: You actively shape the communication and collaboration between our SDR team, the Account Executive team and other related teams (e.g. marketing) to achieve top performance together
✔️ Performance boost: You use data-based insights to optimize your team's performance

🎖️ What You’ll Need to be Successful 👏

Our 3Ps – positivity, proactivity and pragmatism, are the trademark of our Sales team, so you’ll already get us excited if these align with your personal values 🫶

And you’ll get a first date with us, if:

- You have relevant experience in managing an inbound and outbound SDR team (SaaS), ideally in a start-up or scale-up
- You have experience in setting up and expanding a sales unit; very good coaching skills and knowledge of sales methods (e.g. MEDDICC)
- You can demonstrate success in hiring and developing junior sales people
- You have experience in cross-team collaboration with departments such as Recruiting, Marketing and Account Executives
- You have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to approach complex problems with simple and pragmatic solutions
- You are fluent in German and English with excellent public speaking skills
