Masterplan CEO

Stefan Peukert

Stefan Peukert is a serial founder and business angel. Starting in 2010, he founded meinpraktikum.de and ausbildung.de (Employour GmbH) without external seed capital.

In 2015, he successfully sold Employour GmbH to Gruner + Jahr. From the exit, he recognized the learning needs of companies in terms of digitization and subsequently founded the B2B edutech platform Masterplan.com in 2017. In addition, Stefan Peukert speaks on the topics of founder and startup culture at conferences and in podcasts such as TED, NOAH or Xing's New Work Podcast.

Masterplan.com is one of the leading learning platforms for corporate training in Germany. More than 250 customers, including VW, the Otto Group, EON and Beiersdorf, digitize their internal training offerings with Masterplan.com.

The B2B EduTech combines high-quality learning content with a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution: the constantly growing library includes more than 2,000 lessons, including topics such as leadership skills, data protection & occupational safety or sales & marketing. The startup's no-coding software enables customers to upload their own content, such as presentations or scorm files, to the platform and combine them with "ready-to-use" lessons from Masterplan.

HR managers can also create individual knowledge queries, define courses as mandatory and measure learning success. On the learner side, the intuitive user interface, gamification elements and individual learning groups focus on a motivating user experience.

Since its founding in 2017, the team around serial entrepreneur Stefan Peukert has raised over 19 million euros in venture capital. Investors include Tengelmann Ventures, ex-Bertelsmann CEO Gunter Thielen, CODE University Chancellor Thomas Bachem, as well as the RAG Foundation, DvH Ventures, and NRW.BANK. Masterplan.com currently employs over 100 people at its locations in Düsseldorf and Berlin.
