At every stage of our process, our team will be buzzing with excitement, reviewing your skills and experiences—eagerly discussing how you might light up our stage 🤩 If it continues to be a match, you will be proceeding to the next stages of the process until the final interview. No ghosting zone here, your TA Partner will constantly update you!

Our 4-stage interview process will take an average of 4-5 weeks and you can expect to hear back after each stage, within 3-5 days. Since starting a new job is almost as important as entering a new relationship, we place much importance in investing quality time to get to know each other :)
