The Challenge

Mandatory training on data security, fire safety, and more used to be a huge time sink for VfL, with completion rates that left much to be desired.

One reason: At a football club, people work in many different departments and locations, taking on a wide range of roles – coaches, players, support staff, office workers, retail staff, sales teams, and more.

There was no central hub that could simplify both access to training and the organization of these mandatory sessions.

Finding a single date for in-person, mandatory training that works for everyone? Nearly impossible. It meant a lot of planning, and there was no real guarantee that everyone would be able to attend. That's when it became clear that a digital solution would make all the difference.
