These Terms of Use govern the use of Masterplan PACE. All employees of the Client are obliged to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Responsible use
1.1 Employees agree to use Masterplan PACE in accordance with these Terms.
1.2 Employees acknowledge that Masterplan PACE is designed to provide information and support their activities, but does not make final decisions, does not give binding advice and may, in exceptional cases, provide incomplete or incorrect answers.
2. No transmission of personal data
2.1 Employees may not submit any personal data to Masterplan via the free text field in Masterplan PACE. This includes, but is not limited to: names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, social security numbers, bank account details or any other information that can identify a natural person.
2.2 If there is any doubt as to whether certain information constitutes personal data, the Client's employees are instructed not to use Masterplan PACE with such data.
3. Prohibition to transmit confidential information and trade secrets
3.1 Employees may not transmit any trade secrets or other confidential information of any kind to Masterplan PACE.
3.2 Confidential information is defined as all information and documents, regardless of the form of their embodiment or reproduction, which are not publicly accessible or whose content indicates that they should obviously be treated as confidential. In particular, confidential information includes technical, business and other information, such as information relating to technologies, research and development, products, services, product and service prices, customers, employees, subcontractors, marketing plans, and financial matters.
